PROCESS
In this task, a user review of the website created in Task 2 was
conducted to identify areas for improvement.
Task 2 website:
https://marvelous-souffle-1c66eb.netlify.app/
After discussions within our group, we decided to conduct user testing
using Google Forms to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. I
was involved in creating the Google Forms and designing descriptions and
questions. The questions began with a quantitative assessment, asking
users to rate basic aspects of the website, such as color scheme,
layout, and usability, on a 5-star scale. This was followed by
open-ended questions where users could freely describe what they liked,
disliked, and what needed improvement. This allowed us to obtain
qualitative data (average score) from the 5-star ratings and
quantitative data (specific improvement suggestions) from the open-ended
responses.

We primarily shared the survey with our group members' friends and
collected 41 responses over several days. The results are summarized in
the following slides made by Yong Jun.
Quantitatively, the product received high marks in all four categories: overall design, color scheme, layout, and usability, all of which scored around 4 on average. However, the score for the color scheme was relatively low at 3.93 compared to the other questions, where the average score was 4 or higher.
Qualitative data revealed a variety of opinions, but color usage remained a frequent concern. Specifically, users complained that bright colors (likely yellow) were hard on the eyes, and that poor contrast made the text difficult to read. Many mobile and tablet users also reported that the website didn't display properly.
To address these issues, we plan to improve the website by experimenting with color contrast and restructuring media queries for various devices. We also aim to create a more functional and refined website by adding more proper photos and buttons.
My role in this task was to create a questionnaire, and I did not use AI for it.
